TEA, the industry's highest authority, is headquartered in the United States and represents museums, theme parks, zoos, expositions, tourist attractions, sportsbooks, cruise lines industries worldwide. It has branches across all continents. Mrs. Jill Wu served as Director of the Asia-Pacific region before being elected Master.

This not only promotes industrial innovation, but also technological innovation. In 2005, with a grant from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, she developed Taiwan's first 4D cinema system, exporting it to dozens of locations both domestically and internationally. Her 5D Master console won the Computex BC Award. The YAOX Integrated Entertainment Group, which Jill lead, served as the exhibition planning and engineering general contractor for the Taiwan Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. It was again responsible for the exhibition planning for the Taiwan Pavilion at the 2025 Kansai Expo in Osaka, making YAOX the only Taiwanese company to have designed three national pavilions at two World Expos.
Jill have always been bold in embracing innovation at the dawn of a new era, sharing her experience and mentoring newcomers. This commitment has remained unchanged over the years. For over 30 years, she have collaborated with major international companies, enjoying a high global industry status, became a member of the Asia-Pacific Council of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) and was later elected to be a Master, a prestigious honor in the global industry hall of fame.
